Attention should be paid to preventing the mixing of moisture in high-temperature mold temperature machines: High temperature mold temperature machines using heat transfer oil as the heat transfer medium should prevent the mixing of moisture during use. If moisture is mixed in, the heat transfer oil will emulsify and turn milky white. As is well known, oil and water do not mix. The mixed liquid after fusion will expand after heating, and if it is heated at high temperatures, it will spray, causing personal injury accidents. The water mixed in the heat transfer oil in the system usually comes from the oil tank, cooler, and added heat transfer oil. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the oil tank cover on the upper part of the rack is sealed, whether the cooler is filled with water, and clean the filter regularly, about every three months.  

During the use of high-temperature molding machines, the deterioration of the heat transfer oil itself and contamination by foreign substances can lead to a decrease in quality and aging. When it exceeds a certain limit, its thermal conductivity will decrease, and in severe cases, carbon deposition will occur, causing damage to the heating tube and pipeline blockage and other faults. The oil change cycle of the mold temperature machine is usually determined based on the frequency and duration of equipment use. If the equipment management and maintenance work is done well, the service life of the heat transfer oil can be longer. Maintain the cleanliness of the heat transfer medium, namely the heat transfer oil, in the high-temperature mold temperature machine: Any remaining impurities such as iron filings and metal powders during the production process should be cleaned in a timely manner and should not be mixed into the heat transfer oil. As the oil flows, impurities can cause abnormal heat transfer circulation and even lead to malfunctions in severe cases.
