Regularly replace the thermal oil
During the use of high-temperature molding machines, the deterioration of the heat transfer oil itself and contamination by foreign substances can lead to a decrease in quality and aging. When it exceeds a certain limit, its thermal conductivity will decrease, and in severe cases, carbon deposition will occur, causing damage to the heating tube and pipeline blockage and other faults. The oil change cycle of the mold temperature machine is usually determined based on the frequency and duration of equipment use. If the equipment management and maintenance work is done well, the service life of the heat transfer oil can be longer. Maintain the cleanliness of the heat transfer medium, namely the heat transfer oil, in the high-temperature mold temperature machine: Any remaining impurities such as iron filings and metal powders during the production process should be cleaned in a timely manner and should not be mixed into the heat transfer oil. As the oil flows, impurities can cause abnormal heat transfer circulation and even lead to malfunctions in severe cases.
